The consulting fervor of HexCode lays in the inimitability of customer focused attitude.

The entire aspect of consultation is segmented by us into an executable plan mingled with an obvious attempt to provide obvious financial benefit to the customer, instead of hypothetical ROI over the next 3 years period.

Since we are novice in marketing, we could only use the immediately and obviously achievable cost benefit. Say for instance, if the current helpdesk is manned by 6 people, we can only show the benefit, if we can use at most 5 people there.

We also actively use automation, to increase the efficiency of the IT implementation. We can move an organization Basic IT department to a Dynamic IT Department.

This is why we say that we not just provide a solution to the problem, but also help in looking beyond the areas so that the big players are kept aloof.
